Estonian Ministry of Culture Delighted by International Estonian Centre Plans

"The vision for the International Estonian Centre is inspiring", said Ministry of Culture Secretary-General Tarvi Sits.  He continued, "it will be a beacon for North American Estonian cultural events and a natural home for all things Estonian."

"Locating this new International Estonian Centre in the heart of a major North American city is an extraordinary move and I am honoured to be a champion of this ambitious project",  noted Anne-Ly Reimaa, Head of International Relations on Integration Issues at Estonia's Ministry of Culture pictured on the right, with Secretary-General Sits and Ellen Valter, Chair of the International Estonian Centre Steering Committee.  She continued, "Toronto holds a special place in my heart, together with the Estonians who call it home."
