KESKUS glazing install at full tilt

The exterior cladding system along the south wall of KESKUS is now fully installed and the north wall is now underway. The glazing on the 2nd and 3rd floors east wall is installed and work is proceeding to install the panes on the western face of KESKUS. /// KESKUS-e lõunaseina välisvooder on nüüd täielikult paigaldatud ja põhjaseina tööd on alanud. Teise ja kolmanda korruse idaseina klaaspakett on paigaldatud ning praegu jätkuvad KESKUS-e läänekülje aknaklaaside paigaldamistööd.
Once that is done, the jumbo glass will go in, pane by pane, to meet the goal to become watertight as soon as possible. This will allow weather sensitive interior work to begin without additional protection installed. /// Kui see on tehtud, paigaldatakse hiidklaasid, üks paneel korraga, et saavutada eesmärk muuta hoone võimalikult kiiresti ilmastikukindlaks. See võimaldab alustada ilmastikutundlike siseviimistlustöödega ilma täiendava kaitse paigaldamiseta.
Interior work that is not weather dependent, specifically the mechanical and electrical work continues. The stud walls on all floors are progressing to completion. As such electrical and mechanical rough-ins are proceeding, reaching the third floor where the classrooms/studios and music room are located, as well as the Garden Lobby on the rooftop - this work will continue through the next months. /// Ilmast sõltumatud sisetööd, eelkõige mehaanilis- ja elektrisüsteemide paigaldus, jätkuvad. Kõikide korruste kergseinad liiguvad valmimise suunas. Seetõttu edeneb ka elektri- ja mehhaanilissüsteemide paigaldus mis on jõudnud kolmandale korrusele, kus asuvad klassiruumid/stuudiod ja muusikasaal, samuti katuseaia fuajee – need tööd jätkuvad ka järgmiste kuude jooksul.

Thanks goes to the forming and pouring crews that have worked on the KESKUS project - we are now essentially finished with concrete and, as seen in the video, we wave goodbye. ///Tänud KESKUS-e betooni vormi- ja valubrigaaže, kes on selle projekti juures töötanud – betoonitööd on nüüd sisuliselt lõpetatud ja nagu videost näha, lehvitame neile hüvastijätuks.
