Construction update March 2024

Update / Teade # 209

The western half of the ground level bistro subfloor, aka 'slab', has been poured (check out the writing on wet concrete in the video) and the eastern half of the ground floor slab will be poured first half of March. /// Tänavakorrusele loodava bistroo aluspõrand sai valatud objekti loode kvartalis (vaata videost märja betooni kirjutatud sõnumi!) ja esimese korruse n.ö. põrandaplaadi kirde osa valatakse märtsi esimesel poolel.

The TTC enclosure over the subway tunnels will be coming down over the first half of March with the tunnel repair work complete and the waterproofing process underway. That portion of the tunnel will then be covered with clean fill and the grade beams spanning the tunnels will be next up. ///  Metrootunnelite kohal asuv TTC telkümbris võetakse maha maha märtsi esimesel poolel - tunneli remonditööd on lõppenud ja hüdroisolatsiooniprotsess on lõpusirgel. See läänepoolnetunneli osa kaetakse seejärel kinni ja tunnelite ületavad talad on järgmine etapp.
