About the event
The Nordic Connect Conference returns as a meeting place for artists, music professionals, cultural leaders, and creative communities looking to build meaningful connections across borders. The opening keynote address is free with registration, at the KESKfEST Festival Tent, running 10-11am, with Estonia's Associate Deputy Minister of Culture, Eda Silberg introducing the event.
Presented as part of Estonian Music Week, Nordic Connect was created to bring the Canadian, Estonian, and Nordic-Baltic music and cultural sectors closer together. Since its launch, the conference has helped open doors for international collaboration through networking events, professional programming, artist showcases, and conversations that connect local talent with global opportunity.
We invite you to take part in a thoughtful and energizing program focused on creativity, exchange, and the future of cultural collaboration. Whether you are an artist, industry professional, community member, or simply curious about the growing connections between Canada and the Nordic-Baltic region, Nordic Connect offers a chance to meet new people, hear fresh perspectives, and be part of something with lasting impact.
For a taste of what this conference is about, come for the morning keynote address, with an introduction by Estonia's Assistant Deputy Minister of Culture, Eda Silberg, and start the day with ideas, conversation, and connection!
