KESKUS, the International Estonian Centre, is proud to delighted to announce a new temporary tenant: NinaPrill Ltd., a boutique culinary and lifestyle brand, will be opening a pop-up shop in the KESKUS courtyard during the fall months.
NinaPrill is known for its unique, Estonian heritage-focused products, such as bestseller EAU de KAPSAAS a sauerkraut-scented linen spray. KESKUS is the chosen location for the exciting debut of NinaPrill’s first foray into farm-to-table culinary adventures with the introduction of ANGERJAAS, an interactive event for the whole family!
ANGERJAAS is an innovative Estonian version of the classic claw game, with patrons encouraged to drop a toonie in the slot to try and pincer a fresh eel in the tank. If successful, the catch will then be cold smoked on the spot in NinaPrill’s state-of-the-art smoker. With innovative glass paneling, guests of all ages will be able to follow along and point out the progress of their dinner to friends as it makes its way from slimy to satisfying!
