KESKUS kicked off implementation of the City of Toronto's Bloor Corridor Visioning Study as a gift back to the city, from Estonians who have done well as a diaspora. KESKUS contributes a charming through-block connection from Spadina subway station right through to St. George. What does that mean for the pedestrian, what does a pathway of discovery mean for a visitor, and how does that knit into the conversations of a country? Discussing the role of urban architecture to create identity and belonging are two thoughtful experts.
